Mortgage Loan for Overseas Investors

This mortgage is for overseas investors purchasing real estates in Japan.
Currently, this mortgage covers new or second-hand freehold condominiums, located in central 23 wards of Tokyo, central Osaka and Nagoya cities.

【Eligibility】
Hong Kong SAR residents holding HK SAR or Japanese passport
*PR (permanent residency) status will not be eligible to apply
Aged between 20 - 70 at time of loan agreement
Able to provide annual income verifications/statements
Consent to conclude property management agreement with one of our designated property managers
Satisfies other conditions and requirements specified by Shinsei Investment & Finance
