Inquiry & Consultation

Share with us your investment & borrowing plans and property acquisition schedule.

If property details are available,we will conduct an initial assessment to offer tentative loan amount in prior to application.

  • Sales Pamphlet
  • Property Brochure
  • Expected rental income・rent-roll, etc.

Application

Please visit our office to fill out & sign (chop) our designated application form. Application can be arranged by post if necessary.

【Example of Necessary Documents】

  • Passport copy
  • Current residential address proof
    (IRD Assessment & Notice, HAD issued Declaration or water bill receipt from Water Supplies Department)

Credit Assessment

We will conduct our credit and property assessment upon receipt of your application form and supporting documents.

Depending on the results, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

【Example of Necessary Documents】

  • IRD Assessment & Notices (most recent past 2 years)
  • Pay Slips from employer (most recent past 3 months)
    (If other than company employess⇒Profits Tax Return, Balance Sheet and Statement of Comprehensive Income, and Profit & Loss Account (all documents for the last 2 years) )
  • Sales & Purchase Agreement, Statement of Important Matters
  • Property Management Agreement, Tenancy Agreement

Loan & Mortgage Agreements

Loan & mortgage and all relative agreements will be signed at our office.
(All persons holding title of the property will be asked to be present)

Loan Drawdown

Loan will be drawdown on the day of handover.
