Loan term from 1 to 20 years. Balloon payment (up to 35 year calculation) also available to secure cash flow.

For those whom already own a property, you may unlock its (already-owned property) value by mortgaging this property as additional collateral to increase the loan amount for your new purchase

- • Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) residents holding HK SAR or Japanese passport.

- • Aged 20 - 70 at the time of loan agreement (75 or younger at time of full payment)

• Full-time employee (employed over 2 years consecutively) with an annual income over JPY 8MM
(or equivalent).
For self-employed, business history over 2 years with an average annual business income after expenses over JPY 8MM (or equivalent). - • Satisfy other conditions and requirements specified by Shinsei Investment & Finance.

We will conduct our credit and property assessment upon receipt of your application form and supporting documents. Depending on the results, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Loan & Mortgage Agreement
Along with the supporting documents, all loan & mortgage agreements to be signed at our office.
